RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Terms of Return
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Due to the consumable nature of supplements, opened products are not eligible for return.
2. State of Return
- Only items that are completely sealed and unused will be eligible for return. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
3. Reason for Return
- Returns may be requested if the product was received damaged or if the wrong item was shipped. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.
4. Process for Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@groundedforce.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Process of Refund
- If a return is approved and the item meets return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
